Hybrid Bike Size Charts
Use the exact hybrid model’s height chart to find candidate sizes. Then check that you can get on and off, reach the brakes and sit in the position you want for your commute. Sizing up does not guarantee a more upright position.

Enter your height to see the hybrid sizes Trek, Specialized, Giant, Cannondale, and Liv publish for it. Add your inseam to check Trek’s inseam chart.

Both endpoints are included and overlaps remain as published. The finder matches original centimeter values; imperial table values are approximate conversions. FX XL has a published rider-height range but no nominal frame number in the captured source. Sirrus uses the six sizes offered on the reference build.
Trek FX and Verve size ranges by inseam
FX and Verve publish rider-inseam ranges. Sirrus, Escape, Quick and Alight do not publish them in the captured sources, so entering an inseam cannot confirm a match for those models.

Use your measured cycling inseam, not a trouser label. A standover dimension describes the bike and is separate from a manufacturer’s rider-inseam recommendation.
How should a hybrid fit your commuting position?
Check handlebar height and distance together
Start with a saddle position that suits pedaling, then check whether the grips are comfortably within reach. Frame stack and reach, stem angle and length, bar rise and sweep all affect the final position. A larger frame can also put the bars farther away; it does not guarantee a more upright ride.
Compare the specific FX Midstep, Verve, Sirrus X, Escape Disc, Quick or Alight Disc build you are considering. A shared Medium label does not establish a shared cockpit position. If two sizes match your height, follow the between-sizes checks before choosing.
Can you get on and off the hybrid comfortably?
Try the frame shape at a stop
Check clearance over the top tube and the movement needed to mount and dismount. A step-through or midstep frame changes that movement, but the model still needs to accommodate your saddle height and reach. Do not choose a smaller or larger size solely to change how you get on.
On a test ride, practice stopping, putting a foot down and starting again with the saddle set to your pedaling height. If you commute with a bag or a child seat, check the mounting movement with that intended setup. Confirm the frame and seatpost insertion limits before adjusting saddle height.
Can you reach the grips, gears and brakes?
With your hands resting on the grips, check that you can operate both brake levers and shift without stretching or rotating your hand away from a secure hold. Lever adjustment changes the finger reach; it does not shorten the frame’s distance to the bars.
Check the setup while turning and braking on a test ride, including the gloves you plan to use. Keep stem, bar and lever adjustments within the manufacturer’s limits. If the controls remain too far away, compare another candidate size or cockpit setup instead of assuming that moving the saddle forward will solve it.
Measure height and cycling inseam before comparing the tables. Use the gravel bike charts if you are considering a drop-bar bike alongside a hybrid.
